Shipping & Delivery Policy
At SmartDog, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely across India.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment
confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next
working day.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once dispatched, most domestic orders are delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on
your location.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public
holidays, remote locations, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Currently, we ship only within India.
Shipping Charges
● Free shipping on orders above ₹250.
● Shipping charges for orders below ₹250 (or where applicable) will be calculated and
displayed during checkout based on the delivery location and order details.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS/WhatsApp
notification (where applicable) containing your shipment tracking details.
You can track your order using the tracking link or tracking number provided by our shipping
partner.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will generally attempt delivery up to three times before returning the
shipment to us.
To avoid delays, please ensure that your shipping address, PIN code, and contact number are
complete and accurate.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or failure to
accept delivery after repeated attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
Refunds, if approved, may exclude the original shipping charges.
